Pinch Valve

Sprint Drives’ Pinch Valves provide an innovative, low-maintenance solution for handling abrasive, corrosive, or fibrous media. These valves operate by compressing a flexible internal sleeve to regulate flow, completely isolating the process fluid from mechanical components. With no internal crevices or dead zones, pinch valves are ideal for hygienic and high-purity systems, as well as abrasive slurry applications.

Technical Specifications

  • Maximum Operating Pressure: Up to 100 psi (7 bar)

  • Maximum Operating Temperature: 85 °C (185 °F)

  • Minimum Operating Temperature: -10 °C (14 °F)

  • Materials of Construction: Aluminium, Stainless Steel, PVC, Natural Rubber, EPDM, Nitrile

  • Flow Rate (Cv): Full bore – unrestricted flow path

  • Connection Types: Threaded, Flanged, Hose Barb, Tri-Clamp

  • Valve Type: Normally Open/Closed, Manual, Pneumatic, Electric

  • Sleeve Material: Natural Rubber, EPDM, Silicone, Neoprene

Safety Warning

Ensure compatibility between the sleeve material and the process fluid. Avoid over-tightening to prolong sleeve life. Not recommended for high-pressure systems.
