Natural Rubber

Known for excellent abrasion resistance, grip, and FDA compliance, it’s ideal for paper, wood, inclined transportation,and tobacco industries.

Carboxylated Nitrile

Nitrile

Combines oil, fat, wear, and impact resistance with FDA/USDA approval, making it suitable for food processing,chemical, textile, and cardboard industries.

SBR

Butyl

Offers exceptional chemical and oil/fat resistance with FDA/USDA approval, making it suitable for freezers, frying operations, shrink tunnels, and food processing.

Silikon

Known for its release properties, chemical resistance, and FDA/USDA compliance, it’s ideal for the tire industry, chemical processing, shrink tunnels, and food processing.

  • Temperature range -54 °C to 176 °C continuous, -58 °C to 260 °C intermittent (depending upon carcass construction)

Teflon

Offers excellent release, chemical, and stain resistance but limited abrasion resistance, suitable for extrusion, food, chemical, and fiberglass industries.
