Sprint Drives offers a reliable line of Pressure Rollers specially designed for use in conveyor systems driven by either a flat belt or a master shaft. Engineered to apply controlled pressure for optimal belt traction and material movement, these rollers ensure stable, efficient performance in high-speed and medium-load applications.

When integrated into flat belt drive systems, these rollers are suitable for belt widths ranging from 20 mm to 30 mm, maintaining the necessary contact force to prevent slippage and ensure consistent motion. In master shaft systems, the roller—with a round belt guide wheel—functions as a friction-driven shaft, supporting coordinated power transfer across multiple conveyor zones.

With a maximum static load capacity of up to 250 N and operating speeds of up to 2.5 m/s, these rollers are well-suited for dynamic environments such as automated sorting, packaging, and light assembly lines. They are available in multiple configurations, featuring high-performance bearing types like 6000 2Z and 688 2Z stainless steel, and are constructed from durable materials including polyamide and polyoxymethylene (POM).
