CHAMBERING SYSTEM— After chambering, the surface smoothness of the die hole can reach 0.8, improving product quality.
HEAT TREATMENT— Fully automatic vacuum heat treatment furnaces combined with advanced quenching processes ensure the ring die hardness reaches HRC52-55.
